Besides audiovisual production, communication, and marketing, something that has taught me a lot and shaped me is the restaurant business. In 2016, I opened Gorila's Snacks with my mother, a small snack and dessert shop that later became the main café at a university and another small shop within a prestigious school. By 2020, we had two fully functional branches with around 15 employees. The pandemic hit, and we had to put the project on hold for obvious reasons, but the important thing is that this pause allowed me to develop and strengthen other skills, like my passion for creating impactful and emotional content.
